The Extended DISC System is designed to provide users with practical action plans to enhance individual, team and organizational performance

It provides customized and powerful reports on individuals, teams and organizations.

It provides us a framework to help us to make necessary adjustments at the individual, team and organizational levels to achieve our objectives. The framework is easy to learn, use, and it enhances performance


Extended DISC® Uniqueness : Ability to measure the hard-wired behaviors to

exclude the impact of the environment.

In practice this means that the results show who the individual actually is and not

what the person thinks he/she needs to be in the existing environment. The

report thus identifies the true strengths and development areas for real

performance improvement.

Extended DISC is based on the premise that there are no good or bad people –

there are only different people. We all have the opportunity to improve ourselves

by learning to recognize our personalities’ strengths and weakness, by accepting

their existence and by searching for new ways to capitalize on them.


Available on line - takes just 12-15 minutes to complete and submit.

The results will be delivered to the qualified / certified administrator and counselor (eg. Ms. Nanda N Dave) directly from the server in Finland, Europe

The results will be shared appropriately during the briefing training session

The data remains on the server for life time and can give various types of reports eg. leadership capability report, team compatibility reports, etc. at a very nominal additional cost.

Extended DISC Personal Analysis

Extended DISC Team report – narrates collective strengths and areas of development for the team, possible areas of synergy and conflicts so that what needs to be done about the same can be worked at organizational level (at a time 15 members’ collective report can be drawn)

Extended DISC Work-pair report – measuring areas of compatibility and conflict among work pair – say functional head & the teammate
