EXAMINATION

The Examination Serve to finally assess the Students Understanding of the subject and level

of Skill Development . The Examination are Conceived , Developed and Administered on a rigorous

system with a view to groom professionals in different areas of Bachelor , Master and Doctoral

The Examinations are generally conducted 4 times a years in JANUARY , APRIL ,

JULY & OCTOBER

ELIGIBILITY FOR APPEARING IN EXAMINATIONS

Students are eligible to appear for the Direct Examination Four Months after the date of

enrolment . Subsequently, they can appear for new group every 3 month . Students are required to

appears and pass the groups in a sequential order.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FACILITY

All students are required to register for their examination,(Including payment of fee)using

the online facility only , as the examinations department operations are fully computerised.

The Examinations are generally Conducted in JANUARY , APRIL , JULY and OCTOBER of

the Year . The schedule of the examinations will be 15 days in subsequent months of exam .

PASSING REQUIREMENTS

To pass in a Group, a candidate must secure an average of 45 percent marks for all subject in

the Group .

AWARD OF DEGREE

All successful students of respective degree program will be awarded the Bachelor or Master Degree

by the University . The divisions will be awarded as follows :

Distinction 75% and above

First Division above 60% but below 75%

Second Division above 50% but below 60%

Pass above 40% but below 50%

CORE SUBJECTS

Students of the specified Bachelor Degree Programs are required to study for the following Core

subjects spread over 2 years. Details of these specified programs are indicated separately in

MAJOR AND MINOR DISCIPLINES

The students are required to indicate their major and minor disciplines (wherever applicable)

within 3 months after their admission in to the programs.

VALIDITY OF ENROLLMENT

The validity of enrolment into the program is for Seven ( 07 ) years from the date of enrolment .

Students who are unable to complete the program within validity period of Seven ( 07 ) years ,

but still keen on continuing the program are required to register themselves by paying the

requisite fee of that program .

Students who study regularly and appear for examinations every quarter may complete the

program in the specified time period.

All students will be supplied with Students Regulations which contains all the rules and

regulations including detailed curriculum , examination schedule , major and minor disciplines ,

etc.

ADMISSION POLICIES

GUIDELINES TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FROM

ADMISSION:

Intelligent , ethical , articulate and active individuals are encouraged to pursue programs .Where

the Application is complete in all respects and the Admission Board is satisfied of the applicant’s

eligibility and suitability Board grants admission to such applicants.

ENROLLMENT:

Applications received from the students are checked for the basic eligibility criteria and the

eligibility students are enrolled in to the program. The applications received from students

awaiting final year results or those who do not have the certificates readily for submission, will

also be processed and enrolled into the program. However, such students will have to submit the

relevant certificates of the qualifications claimed in the application as soon a the are made

available to such students.

REJECTED APPLICATIONS:

If the applicants do not satisfy the eligibility criteria, he applications are returned to them along

with all enclosures and the payment paid after deducting Rs.500. such students are , however,

permitted to apply again after they satisfy the eligibility criteria. The students whose applications

have been rejected may appeal to the Admissions Board ,if they wish to have a review of their

application .

FEE:

The students are required to pay fee as Mentioned to the XAVIERS INTERNATIONAL

UNIVERSITY which includes the Admission Fee , Examination Fee & Processing Fees .

The students are required to pay a fee of Rs.1,000.00 ( Extra) to “Xaviers International

University Common Fund ” for Development of the University & Recognition of University

by Govt. of India .

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE


The students are advised to read the following guidelines carefully before completing the

Application Form for Enrolments and the Fee Remittance Form.

The Application forms should be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS:

Photocopies of Certificates: Photocopies of certificates regarding Date of birth and

Educational qualifications shall be enclosed with the Application form:

Note : Original certificates should not be sent.

MODE OF REMITTANCE

The payment for the program is to be remitted along whit the Application Form at the time of

enrolment payments should be made through A/C of below mentioned banks .

The fees Can be paid by DD or Deposited in the following Banks :

The Study Center’s are authorised to accept cash payments from the students . Also the

employees of the University are not authorised to swipe their personal credit cards to pay on

behalf of the students,

Students making the payment through credit cards are required to complete the relevant column in

the Application Form For Enrolments and Fee Remittance Form.

Student are advised to take note of the validity date specified on the Application Form and ensure

that their Forms reach the Admission Officer or branch offices on or before the validity date.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT THROUGH SECURE INTERNET PAYMENT GATEWAY AND NET

BANKING

Student can enrol into the program by logging on to www.xiuniversity.net /

www.xiuniversity.org / www.xiuniv.org / www.xiuniversity.info for filing the application

form online and making the payment through Internet .

Online Students can make the Credit Card payment issued by Karnatka Bank ,

Citibank , ICIC Bank , HDFC Bank or the Visa/ Master Card issued by any bank, through

Secure Internet payment Gateway.

Net Banking facility is also available for net banking account holders of Bank and ICIC

Bank. Students can may please note that payments relating to annual charge and examinations will

be accepted only through Secure Internet payment Gateway . On request , the XAVIERS

INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY , BALI , GOA issues Credit Cards to all the enrolled

students to facility online payments.

LEGAL ASPECTS

The Xaviers International University ( referred to hereafter as the University was

established in 1965 and is the First Online University in India since 1994 ) . The University has

been approved by the International Council for Online Education , and doesn’t comes under the

preview of University Grant Commission (U.G.C.) , under Section (f) of the UGC Act. 1956 , as

UGC does not recognises International Online Universities in India Directly but Via A.I.U .

The students are enrolled as private candidates , the University reserves the right to

change the body of knowledge , prescribed books , the curriculum’s , examination pattern ,

evaluation system , rules and regulations The students are governed by the latest regulations

applicable to them during the relevant academic year . this documents is designed to provide the

The “Application for Enrolment” is the Enrolment Agreements for private

candidates registered through Study Centre’s ( hereinafter referred to as the Agreement )

between the applicant who wishes to enrol as a private candidate and the University

This agreement constitutes and expresses the entire agreements and understanding

between the University and the students of the University in reference to all matters herein

referred to all pervious discussions promises , representations and understandings relative there to

. If any had between the parties here to being herein merged.
