What exactly is the issue? Are you getting alarms for XPD? Adjust the antenna feed horn with plumb tool. What is the antennae XPD being usd for this link??

il s'agit d'un lien ML TN XPIIC 2+0 23 Ghz (ERICSSON)

Le lien est bien aligné , il n'a pas des problèmes de connectivité , même les radios sont remplacés mais pour le test XPD la diference est max 20 dbm tant que la valeur demandé est 24 dbm

il n'a pas des alarmes pour XPD ou XPIC

there is a link ML TN XPIIC 2 0 23 GHz (ERICSSON) antenna HPX 0.6 The link is aligned, it does not have connectivity problems, even radios are replaced but for the diference XPD test is max 20 dbm as the value requested is 24 dbm has not desalarmes for XPD or XPIC you mean by "Adjust the antenna feed horn with plumb tool. 1-check the RF cable if they are not crossed 2- check the adapter if the RAU fit correctly 3- your wave guide if it correctly installed . (if existe ) 4- check with ingineering departement to check again the hops calculations

For the testing purpose first V polarity signal is turned off at both ends (H pol signal can also be taken for this purpose) and RSL is measured at the far end. Then V polarity signal is turn off and H polarity signal is turned on while keeping the far end with V polarity and then measure RSL. The difference between two RSLs will give you the Antenna

XPD.

Dual Pole antennaes have 2 feed horns. V and H. Both feed horns should be exactly perpendicular to each other to achieve maximum Ant XPD and this is done with the help of plumb tool.

I have not seen in conjunction with radio links a dual-polarized antenna, which has two feed horns. The feed horn, which is placed at the focus of the parabolic antenna, has a circular waveguide for the input port. The two signals for the horizontal and the vertical polarization are fed with rectangular waveguides to a orthomode transducer OMT which combines them into a orthogonally polarized signal and forwards it over a round or square waveguide to the feed horn. A spirit level is the best instrument to do a pre alginment oft the orthomode transducer. After that on one site a fine tuning oft the polarisation plane must be done.

I am facing XPD margin issue as well, At vertical getting the XPD value 32 dbm & at the same time horizontal getting the value 36 dbm, I want the difference between the vertical & horizontal less than 1 dbm, can anyone suggest something?

Whats the antenna XPD?? It is mentioned on its manual. Also confirm if you are getting any interference on the Horizontal polarity....
