The firm had no organized marketing plan and its only self-promotion was via tradeshows. Company executives approached Principle Creative to recreate the XPress identity, marketing materials and web presence. They requested a strategy to introduce the firm’s multiple products to ER doctors, hospital administrators and ER nurses nationally. SOLUTION Given an annual marketing budget of $150,000 to work with, we created an integrated multi-year campaign to elevate the XPress corporate and brand identities. This included the development of marketing collateral, sales tools, print advertising and direct mail, all of which targeted multiple audiences who had varying levels of technological expertise. In addition, Principle Creative redesigned the XPress web site, creating a user-friendly space to inform potential customers and, ultimately, to sell product. Public relations and media penetration further advanced the re-branding effort. Speaking engagements, article placements and press interviews were secured, positioning XPress CEO Dr. Paul Lucy as an industry expert to local, regional and national media outlets.
