Materials:• 2 bottle tops• 4 sheets A4 coloured card• 1 sheet A3 card• 4 chip trays• 20 art straws• 2 large balloons• 2 small balloons• 4 short dowels• 8 card wheels• 4 sheets A4 white paper• 1 roll sellotape• 5 elastic bands
