years. I graduated in 2013
at the Faculty of Design and
Art at the Free University of
Bolzano, Italy. In this port-
folio I collected some work
done during the last years.

EDERA
Edera is a high-heeled shoe especially designed for women. The
shoe is separated in two different parts: one for the forefoot and
one for the heel, both connected with thin wooden stripes wrap-
ping around the whole foot. The aesthetics are inspired by the
natural structure of wood, by the way it grows and moves. The ba-
sic materials are green goat-leather and thin layered birch wood.

UFO
N. 2product design produced by "Odone Angelo" 2011
UFO is a small table designed for "Odone Angelo". The aim of this
project was to change the traditional idea we have of marble as a
„noble material“ in such a way as to encourage people to view it
under a different persepective. UFO is made of a thin marble sur-
face and is supported by three empty wine bottles. This way the
usual application of the used materials (glass and marble) are in-
verted and allow us to experience them in an unfamiliar way.
The object's form is inspired by the typical image of a UFO, in-
viting people to see the maerials under a different point of view.

"People of the earth" These three stools are inspired by my research
about Chilean identity. The mixed folk of Chile don't perceive this iden-
tity as such, given that we understand „identity“ as a consciousness,
that responds with acceptance of differences and recognisement of
similarities when confronted with „others“. Chile is the idea of a folk
that does not yet manifest itself, an idea that defines itself over the
process of the negation of one's roots. Turning to these roots we find
that it was not written documentations but rather everyday objects
that are time-witnesses of ethnicities such as the 'Mapuches' in Chile.

Vertigo, a book inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's famous movie; Calig-
ari, a geometrical font composed by eight pieces; Animals, a logo
created for a dress shop; an infographic telling the tale of Char-

Piel 925 is a series of hand made jewellery born as a collaboration between
Jacopo Coen and Yael Fierro. The main goal of this experience was to use the
project methodology of design and combine it with the handcraft of jewellery.
