Leading someone to

Leading someone toYahshuaMatthew 28:18-2018And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."The stepsGo and make disciplesBaptize themTeach themAnd Yahshua will be with you

What is a disciple?DiscipleshipThe Greek term (mathts) refers generally to any student, pupil, apprentice, or adherent, as opposed to a teacher. In the ancient world, however, it is most often associated, with people who were devoted followers of a teacher.

So if you make a disciple you become a teacher.

It is not just about getting someone to repent and accept YahshuaBUTAlso about teaching that person about how to walk this road...

Verse.. 20teaching them to observe all that I commanded you

You can not do this if you dont know what that is

Baptize themIn the NAME of the Father son and Holy Spirit

Yahweh FatherYahsua Son Yah ruach ha-kodesh Spirit

So why are people afraid to do this ?They don't know what to say They are afraid they will do it wrongThey are afraid they will get rejectedThey are not sure themselves about what they believe WhyHosea 4:6my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. "Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.

Why can any believer do thisWe are called to offer the water of life, to those in the desert. Even if you are the most successful person whoever lived, without Yahshua you are lost and bankrupt, dying of thirst in the desert

And that makes you the Believer someone with something to offer

Decision timeLeading someone to Christ is bringing someone to a point of decision, informing them of Gods offer of redemption, then allowing them to accept or reject the offer. Leading someone to Christ is not making them a member of our church; its not making them friends or having them repeat a prayer after us.

It is about getting someone saved, and to love them.Do you know how this is doneStep 1 -- ASK Ask, if they know if they are going to heaven when they die?Ask if they know Yahshua Jesus ChristAsk If they know what He did and who He is

Step 2 -- Use the Bible2 Timothy 3:16-1716All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17so that the servant of God[a] may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Step 3 -Talk about Gods Grace /forgivenessEphesians 2:8For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.

IT IS a GIFT!

Romans 6:2323For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[a] Christ Jesus our Lord.

Step 4 Explain that all are sinners.Romans 3:23)23for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

sinnersn/nounnoun: sinner; plural noun: sinnersa person who transgresses against divine law by committing an immoral act or acts.

Explain that God still loves us and want us to experience His love

Ephesians 2:1-5Made Alive in Christ2As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. 3All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh[a] and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. 4But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressionsit is by grace you have been saved.

Explain that God is Holyand hate sinIsaiah 6:1-36In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple. 2Above him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. 3And they were calling to one another:Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty;the whole earth is full of his glory.

Ephesians 5:11-2011Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. 12It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. 13But everything exposed by the light becomes visibleand everything that is illuminated becomes a light. 14This is why it is said:Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.15Be very careful, then, how you livenot as unwise but as wise, 16making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. 17Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lords will is. 18Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit, 19speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, 20always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Explain that there is a solution to your sinful-lost natureJohn 3:1616For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Tell the person what Yahshua did for him/herIsaiah 53:4-64 Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. 5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed. 6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Explain that it is all about FAITH In Yahshua Jesus ChristHebrews 11:111Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see

John 20:2929Jesus said unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen Me, thou hast believed. Blessed are they that have not seen and yet have believed.

Romans 10:13"Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Lead the person in prayerKeep it short and simple!!

SINNERS PRAYERYahshua Jesus Christ I know I am a sinner.I believe you died for me so that I might be saved. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins, I am really sorry that I did them You know what they are. I open my heart to You.

Come into my heart I take this very moment in my life to receive you as my Lord and Saviour.

Thank you, for forgiving all my sins, and giving me eternal life.Holy spirit I welcome you come live in me

Amen!

Remind them to record the date So that when they get confronted by satan who will tell then they did not really do it they can tell him in what day exactly they became saved.

The Responsibility

Make sure you equip teach the person and lead them a bit deeper into God presence

Or give them the correct information to read about what a Christian is all aboutJeremiah 3:15 Then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding.

If that is not possible try to connect them with someone who can walk with them and Disciple them. Can not force anyoneRemember every person have to make a choice you can not force them they have free will and they have to make the decision a
