October 2006 to 28th of May 2009: I worked for Oman International Bank (OIB) in Card Centre as Officer of Chargeback and Risk Management. Duties: Check and confirm all credit and debit suspected transactions on

daily basis. Process and control chargeback. Report all fraud cases to Visa/MasterCard and bank management

via VROL and MASTERCOM. Trend analysis for suspected activities. Day-to-day checking and balancing reports of OIB's credit & debit

cards to investigate fraud cases. Handling day-to-day Visa and MasterCard settlements and

Chargeback settlements. Handling merchants & general enquiries resolve their disputes. Handling cardholder's complaints of wrong transactions and check

with merchants to verify the exact transactions. Receiving Visa and MasterCard incoming files Sending outgoing files to Visa and MasterCard Corporations. Creating outgoing file process for POS (Point-Of-Sales)

transactions. Resolve merchant’s dispute. Installation of point of sale machine & training for merchants on

POS.

June 2009 – May 2011: I am worked for an AhliBank since June 2009 in Central Operation Department in Card Centre Section as assistant of Card Centre In-charge. Duties: Supervise and authorize the credit/debit cards production

process. Ensure proper cards management controls are being adhered

when issuing cards. Management of customer claims of non-receipt of funds through

Acquirer and Issuer withdrawal & purchase transactions. Monitor all the Credit/Debit card settlements/reconciliations/

claims/charge backs are processed in accordance with the agreed standards.

Process of chargeback transactions and follow up with Visa International.

Ensure that the process related to National ATM switch is in place and abide by the CBO regulations.

Ensure payment file of credit cards are running in daily basis. Ensure daily transactions file and database file from AFS (Arab

Financial Services) are run successfully. Daily and Monthly reconciliation of card centre accounts. Perform the day-to-day Fraud operational activities & Follow-up

May 2011 to Present Time: I am working for Oman Telecommunications Company since May 2011 in Inventory Management and Logistics Department as Inventory Executive.

Duties:

Ensure that all OmanTel cards & devices received are properly inspected prior to acceptance; ensuring that specifications are confirmed with the Materials Standardize so that all accepted materials are as per contract specifications.

Ensuring that all receipt and delivery of stocks are entered in the Internal ERP system

Implement the HSE policies as it pertains to inventory management in general and to the position in particular.

Receiving consignment delivered to card section stores with packing list and confirmed by signing on the delivery note.

Ensure all good receipts are carried out and completed in a timely manner without any unnecessary delays.

To work with finance department supervisors to clear the negative stock and untreated stock.

To work with procurement department to analyse new contracts and follow up the contracts administration function on a supervisory level.

Dealing with suppliers in negotiation and sourcing. Prepare all necessary reports on stock counts, inbound &
