Exam: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing, Foundation or Higher tier, as directed by your teacher Oral on Friday 8 November consisting of

-one role play, -one picture based discussion, -conversation on two topics, one prepared in advance. -12 mins prep time, no dictionary.

Reading exam (foundation 35 mins, higher 45 mins), no dictionary Writing exam, no dictionary: ➢ Foundation: 1hr 10 mins: 4 questions: Q1 20-30 words, Q2 40-50

History Revise everything on the Germany and Warfare Through Time course. Students will have received questions and instructions via email.

ICT Practical examination –Document Production, Mail Merge and Presentations Theory examination – Chapter 1 -10 in text book.

Latin The Language exam will look exactly like their exam in Summer, and will test any of the grammatical structures/vocab on the syllabus. This should have been covered at least once last year. There will also be translations and comprehensions, but these test the same skills. The literature exam will only focus on the verse text as this is the only piece of literature I have looked them. The exam will also only test up to the point that we have studied this year, however it will be set out like a GCSE exam, testing comprehension, translation and literary content. We will run a revision session once a week up until the mock, then resume after Christmas.

Maths The exam will consist of 3 Papers all of 1hr 30 mins and will cover the entire GCSE Course: Paper 1: Non- Calculator (in Mock week) Paper 2: Calculator (In lessons on Monday 4th November & Tuesday 5th November) Paper 3: Calculator (in Mock week) Revision Folder on VLE / Shared Area: Mathematics /Year 11 /Foundation(or Higher Tier) /GCSE 9-1 Revision /(01) Feb Half-term folder

Media Studies The mock exam will cover: Promoting Media - Lego Movie Music - Radio (briefly - only a 1 mark and 4 mark question), music videos, magazine News - Newspapers There are revision guides on the Google Classroom page for the Lego Movie, music videos, magazine and newspapers. Also use your REVISION GUIDE BOOK! It has very useful 'test yourself' questions with answers at the back.
