Pricing, ordering and payment

At present most sets are made to order. A receiptand shipping date is sent when the order isreceived. A 1 to 2 month back order periodshould be anticipated. Some "in stock" sets maybe available on our web site at http://wmhocker.com/stock.htm.

Prices in this catalog are effective through theyear of the catalog date.

There are no price discounts.

Tax: Californians add 8% sales tax .

Shipping: To the USA: $5 per set. To Canada:add the greater of $10 or 8% of the amountordered (excluding tax). Elsewhere: add thegreater of $30 or 15% of the amount ordered.

All US orders are sent priority mail. Interna-tional orders are sent air parcel post insuredand declared for their full value.

Payment: Payment should be made at the timeof ordering. For US orders include personalcheck or money order when ordering. Creditcard payments (MC, Visa and Discover only)may be acceptable in hardship situations. Forforeign orders include when ordering: (1) foreignbank draught or personal check drawn on USbank in US$, (2) international postal moneyorder in US$ or (3) credit card info (MC, Visa andDiscover only). Checks or money orders shouldbe made payable to Wm. Hocker.

Set numbering and composition

All sets are numbered consecutively when intro-duced into the Wm. Hocker line. In addition,each set is given a number at the time of sale tomark that particular set. Thus, Set 3/61indicates this to be the 61st of set # 3 to be sold.

Set compositions and paint schemes may bemodified over time.

Special orders

Companion sets (e.g.: 5 troopers instead of thetypical 4 troopers and officer) or additionalmatching figures for any set already orderedmay be special ordered. The cost is $22 perinfantry figure and $35 per cavalry figure. In-clude an existing figure when ordering if exactpaint matching is necessary. No other specialpaintings or compositions can be undertaken.

Castings, individual guns and individual figuresare not for sale.
