Spelling

Children will be given a half term spelling list, which will also be on the school website as of next week.

There will be continuous work on suffixes in addition to learning high frequency words and words with the sound ‘ei’.

Homework

• Two pieces are set per week.• Feel free to write notes in the Homework

books indicating if your child required a lot of support etc.

• All homework should be completed in writing pencil and colouring pencils (when creating pictures).

• Children should spend a maximum of 30 minutes on each piece of homework. (An adult can sign off the work if 30 minutes have passed but the work is incomplete.)
