The cluster has selected two indicators with specific criteria depending on the agreed weighting for each indicator as follow: 1. No. of IDPs inside camps/collective centers/outside camps. The indicator criteria concerns IDPs <500 “Poor Situation”, 500 – 2000 “Serious Situation”, and >2000 “Critical Situation”. 2. No. of Returnee population. The indicator criteria concerns Returnees <500 “Poor Situation”, 500 – 2000 “Serious Situation”, and >2000 “Critical Situation”. Each district is given a composite score from 0 to 4 based on evidence collected for each indicator and the highest score have been selected from both indicators to represent the district priority. Districts with no data represent locations where no reliable information and no assessment have conducted. Population in need: CAP 2013. Taregeted population: CAP 2013. Assisted population: Information collected from January to July 2013 via the Protection Cluster Standard Reporting Form (SRF). Sources:District prioritization: Protection Cluster district prioritization have been developed on July 1, 2013 based on the following sources:- The cluster assessment reports.- UNHCR’s IDP and returnee population statistics report as of May 31, 2013 (district level).- IDPs displaced within Hajjah statistics report as of May 31, 2013.- Sa’ada IDPs disaggregation report by district level.The cluster has selected two indicators with specific criteria depending on the agreed weighting for each indicator as follow:1. No. of IDPs inside camps/collective centers/outside camps. The indicator criteria concerns IDPs <500 “Poor Situation”, 500 – 2000 “Serious Situation”, and >2000 “Critical Situation”.2. No. of Returnee population. The indicator criteria concerns Returnees <500 “Poor Situation”, 500 – 2000 “Serious Situation”, and >2000 “Critical Situation”.Each district is given a composite score from 0 to 4 based on evidence collected for each indicator and the highest score have been selected from both indicators to represent the district priority.Districts with no data represent locations where no reliable information and no assessment have conducted.Population in need: CAP 2013.Taregeted population: CAP 2013.Assisted population: Information collected from January to July 2013 via the Protection Cluster Standard Reporting Form (SRF).Cartography: GoY / CSO.

- تقرير عن أحصائيات النازحيني الداخليني من حجة والذين هجروا ألى أماكن أخرى في حجة على مستوى املديريات (31 مايو 2013).

- تقرير عن أحصائيات النازحيني الداخليني في صعدة بحسب املديريات. على حسب األهمية املتفق عليها لكل مؤشر وقد اختارت الكتلة مؤشرين مبعايير محددة اعتمادا

على النحو التالي:1) عدد النازحني الداخليني داخل اخمليمات / التجمعات السكنية / خارج اخمليمات. مت تقدير

األولوية بحسب األتي: عددالنازحني الداخليني <500 "الوضع ضعيف"، 500 -2000 "الوضع خطير"، و> 2000 "الوضع حرج".

2) عدد السكان العائدين. مت تقدير األولوية بحسب األتي: عدد العائدين <500 "الوضع ضعيف"، 500 -2000 "الوضع خطير"، و> 2000 "الوضع حرج".

لكل مديرية يتم أعطائها درجة من 0-4 على أساس األدلة التي جمعت لكل معيار، ومت أختيار أعلى درجة من كال املؤشرين لتمثل األولوية للمديرية. ونتيجة لذلك، مت تعيني الترتيب من 1 إلى 4

كل مديرية. املناطق التى اليتواجد بيانات عنها متثل مديريات ال يوجد بيانات موثوقة أو لم تتم فيها أية مسوحات تقييمية.
