Congress presentations OnDemand
Posters for our 28th World Congress on
Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology will
shortly be available to view online, and will be
free-access until the Congress starts.
With so many sessions to choose from, don't
worry if you've missed one! When in
Singapore, an On Demand intranet will be
made available at the ISUOG lounge in the
exhibition to view posters and recorded
presentations (for the main scientific program
only). Check the On Demand platform for the
lectures you missed at the end of each day.
Highlights from #ISUOG2018 will be available
exclusively to Congress delegates shortly
after the World Congress on the ISUOG
website, and will be available to all members
in April 2019.
First trimester certificate
We will be running a certificate program at
the World Congress focusing on the First
Trimester. ISUOG Ambassador Dr Simon
Meagher has put together an incredible
program and set of resources for all those
who would like to take part. To successfully
complete this course, you'll need to attend
five specifically marked scientific sessions,
which will be marked in the final printed
program, and pass an online test. Full details
on this great opportunity are available here.
There is no additional charge for the
certificate but there are limited spaces - so
please visit the Participation page on the
First Trimester website for details on how to
enroll.

Ob/Gyn Ultrasound Examination” on
Saturday 20th, and a simulation session on
Sunday 21st October from 08:30 to 13:00,
where you can hone your practical skills on
state-of-the-art simulators under guidance
from ISUOG experts. Register now, as

Highlights from the October Issueof the UOG Journal
The October issue of Ultrasound in
Obstetrics & Gynecology includes a
Systematic Review on the predictive
accuracy of the cerebroplacental ratio for
adverse outcome in suspected fetal growth
restriction (FGR), a Systematic Review on
the prediction of preterm delivery using
biomarker tests, and Original Articles on
percutaneous fetoscopic closure of large
open spina bifida, maternal hemodynamics,
fetal biometry and Doppler indices in
pregnancies with suspected FGR, and the
effect of the freeze-all policy on in-vitro
fertilization outcome in poor ovarian
responders.
Also available this month is a free-access
video abstract accompanying the article by
Lapa et al. on percutaneous fetoscopic
closure of large open spina bifida.

role of ultrasound in screening for and follow-
