• 750 – 1000 word statement demonstrating how your CPD relates to at least 3 of the 9 professional behaviours of the CPD Framework

• 1000 – 1500 word statement demonstrating how your CPD relates to all 9 professional behaviours of the CPD Framework, the impact of this on others and the sector, and how you have helped others
