INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE

The Fund seeks to provide Investors with a positive long-term return by actively

investing in listed MENA Region equity securities and cash holdings. The Investment

which the Investment Manager believes will result in positive returns. The Investment

Manager will have full discretion over the portfolio and may allocate between 100%

cash and 100% equity investment being free from a set benchmark. The Fund actively

uses cash as part of the investment strategy in an attempt to mitigate downside risk
