Sample Bespoke CanapésGosht Minaray

Minced lamb infused with channa lentil and finely chopped onions, mint and green chillies.

Kasoori Murg Tikka Succulent cubes of chicken breast marinated in fresh fenugreek and ginger. Cooked in a

traditional clay oven. Lasooni Oyster

Oysters cooked in freshly ground garlic, dried red chilli paste and cashew nut paste. Finished off in a wok.

Pepper Scallops Scallops blended with salt and coarsley ground pepper, sautéed until succulent and

moist. Mumbai Machli Tikki

Salmon, smoked haddock, chopped prawns and pangasiuis spiced and breaded before frying until golden.

Paneer PotliHome made cheese mixed with dry spices, chopped onions, green chillies and fresh

coriander. Coated in a short crust pastry and fried until golden. Mini Vegetable Kathi Kebab

Juliennes of capsicums, carrots, fine beans and paneer wrapped in roomali roti with coriander chutney

Garlic Chilli Mushrooms Thinly sliced button mushrooms infused with garlic and red chilli flakes.

Minced chicken infused with onions, garlic, ginger, dry spices and shredded cheese. Coated with finely chopped red and green capsicum.

Pudina Gosht Tikka

Succulent lamb cubes marinated in freshly ground mint and green chillies and traditional spices. Part cooked in a clay oven, then wok fried.

Noorani Kebab

Duo of spiced minced lamb and minced chicken skewered in layers and cooked in a clay oven.

Amritsari Machli

White fish marinated in lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste, carom seeds. Lightly coated in gram flour and deep fried until golden.

Tawa King Prawns

King prawns flash fried in a wok with soy sauce, finely chopped red onions, capsicums, ginger and garlic.

Paneer Shashlick

Home made cheese marinated in carom seeds, garam masala, red chilli powder, tumeric, honey and lemon juice. Fried in a wok with capsicum, tomatoes and onions.

Aloo Vermicelli Balls

Mashed potatoes blended with red chilli flakes and dry spices, rolled into ball and coated with broken vermicelli. Fried until golden.
