Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in color and displays a firm malt center supported by a refreshing bitterness and floral hop aroma. Caramel malts show in the finish. The aromatic qualities of the beer are enhanced by “dry-hopping”, the centuries-old practice of steeping the beer with fresh hops as it undergoes a long, cold maturation. The result is a wonderfully flavorful beer, smooth, refreshing and very versatile with food. Dry-hopping is largely a British technique, which we’ve used in a Viennese-style beer to create an American original.

TAIWAN“Liqiu” means the beginning of the autumn. Liqui is an English pale ale brewed with locally- grown White Tip Oolong tea (also called “Oriental Beauty.”)

THE DAY TRIPPERSThe Day Trippers is an incredible line-up of some of our best musicians from Singapore spanning a few generations, all coming together for the love and celebration of The Beatles songbook.The Beatles loving trio of Surath, lead vocalist with Reverie and Raw Earth, and Jack & Rai, one of Singapore’s most beloved music duos, fronts this unique 6-piece tribute band, accompanied by a solid rhythm section made up of Keith, Gary (Ublues) and lead guitar work by veteran musician Spencer (Tony, Terry & Spencer). The Day Trippers performs all the Beatles hits as well as more obscure songs from their first album “Please Please Me” to their last “Let it Be” and in between, in a specially curated 90 minute performance. He prefers the low-profile, lo-fi approach to his work, but, with a career that’s 3 and a half decades young and still growing, Brendon P has a long history of Clubs and Music.; starting out in 1980, in the local mobile circuit, and moving on to Clubs a year later. A visit to New York in 1984, and visiting clubs such as the Funhouse, the Paradise Garage, Dancetaria and Area weaned him into the New York club culture, and into the music that was to become the house music that we hear today. Crossing vast musical backgrounds over his years as a DJ, both locally and internationally, he continued to acquire a keen ear and passion for dance music. Having completed an 8 year residency at the globally renowned, Zouk Club in Singapore (in May 2009), and a 2 year Residency at Kyo, playing alongside dj’s like Dubfire/Deep Dish, Francois K, Charles Webster, Dennis Ferrer, Darren Emerson, Carl Craig, Little Louie Vega, Bill Brewster, Argy, Ian Pooley & Swag to name a few, Brendon’ continues to be a major feature in the local and International Club Circuit.!
Having DJ'ed in cities across the globe (including Geneva, Gothenburg, Melbourne, London, New York, Miami, Taiwan, Hanoi & Hong Kong, just to! name a few), and having also played at the world renowned Cielo Club in New York, in June 2010, Brendon, in his own and separate right, as a producer, has also released his own original material/remixes on In The Woods (USA), Los Grandes (Spain), Reversoulmusic (USA), Audio Parallax (UK), Hotbox Music (USA), Soul Shift (USA), Defected (UK), Rawjak (SG), Eclesia (SG), Issys Groove (UK), Love International (MY)! and One With Music (SG). With his stringent adherence to music style and sophistication and attention to detail, it's not difficult to understand why Nicolas Mattar, owner of New York's 'Cielo' and ‘Output’, calls him a 'taste-master' and one of the best DJ's in the region. Now, on the team of Residents at the swanky CÉ LA VI, Singapore (formerly KU DE TA, Singapore) since january 2015, coupled with his on-going bi-monthly DOOMPH & Breathe Deep residencies, at Kilo Lounge, Brendon has also DJ’ed as a guest at various on-going and monthly events such as Tropic-Lab, Pushin’ On, Sunday at the Training Shed, Smack my Beach Up (at Tanjong Beach Club), Wax-On-Wax-Off (at Loof), Super 0 (at Gillman Barracks) and The Midnight Shift (at Velvet Underground and Kyo), as well as exclusive private events and launches for The Singapore Tattler, Grey Goose, Belvedere, The F1 Jet Black Party, Porsche, Kult and the Micheal Jansen Art Gallery.
