‘Welcome onboard…’ You will be welcomed onboard your Manhattan 70 Yacht by your Captain and Crew at 09:30 hours in Poole Quay Boat Haven. After a continental breakfast and a short safety briefing, your vessel will slip its mooring and begin its cruise through Poole Harbour, the second largest natural harbour in the world. After sailing past the platinum peninsula of Sandbanks and the natural beauty of Brownsea Island, the Captain will drop anchor in Studland Bay, the gateway to the dramatic Jurassic coast. Once at anchor in this beautiful bay, your Crew will serve you a light Mediterranean-

style buffet on the aft deck. After lunch your vessel will cruise across Poole Bay heading towards Hengistbury Head. Here, afternoon tea will be served before cruising back along the award-winning beaches and into Poole Harbour. Once ‘Truce’ is berthed in its mooring at Poole Quay Boat Haven, your Captain will escort you on the short walk along Poole Quay to the fabulous Hotel Du Vin.

‘Luxury Boutique Hotel…’ The stunning suites at this boutique hotel all feature invigorating monsoon showers, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, plasma TVs, DVDs and air conditioning as

standard. Once settled in and freshened up, you will be greeted by the Head Sommelier in the Laroche tasting room (pictured left) to begin an evening of gastronomy like no other. After sampling some of the finest wines from around the world and specifically selected canapés, you will be shown to your private dining room.

The menu will consist of mouth-watering starters such as Dorset rock oysters served with chilli vinegar or twice baked cheese soufflé accompanied by a herb cream. To follow, a main course, such as a whole plaice meunière with a crayfish butter noisette or chargrilled Donald Russell rib eye steak served with a green peppercorn sauce, will be served.

Finally, you will be offered a selection of desserts ranging from soufflé du jour to strawberry iced parfait and pistachio meringue, followed by coffee and petit fours. After dinner you will be shown to the lounge where the barman will offer you a selection of digestifs – what better way to finish off a fantastic day than with a glass of the finest cognac?

‘The finest motoryachts in the world…’ After a leisurely breakfast, cars will meet you at the entrance of Hotel Du Vin to chauffeur you to the Sunseeker shipyard. A Sunseeker representative will then take you on a full factory tour, taking you through the production line and showing you some of the latest models.
