Exchange Participant Conference (EPC) themed “Youth Boleh” aim to

bring leadership in every experience for all young people. Experience

cultural diversity and growth in your leadership with us!

Expand your network by interacting with international EPs from 15

different countries and Malaysian young people!

Get closer than you can imagine to Malaysia’s culture and people.

Obtain remarkable insights from professionals about social issues.

EPC will be held on 11th of July to 13th of July 2014 (Friday, Saturday,

Sunday) in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Why I should join EPC? You should join because you want to develop leadership, experience cultural

diversity and expand your network. “Leadership in every experience” is our vision.

Can I join EPC? Yes, you can if you are between 18 – 30 years old.

Does my TN allows me to join? (For incoming EPs only) Yes, your TNs has been notified about EPC. Please discuss with your TN Manager or

company for job arrangements.

What should I prepare?

Kindly ensure the following items, if applicable:

• Visa

• Flight tickets

• 3 days 2 nights clothes, toiletries, etc.

A checklist will be sent out after registration.

Does EPC has limited seats? If yes, how many? EPC has 45 seats for incoming EPs and 35 seats for local Malaysian youth OR

international students studying in Malaysia. The number of seats left will be notified

via social media and registration form.

What is incoming EP? EP stands for Exchange Participant. Incoming EP means exchange participants who

took Global Programmes from their home country and work in volunteering or

companies in Malaysia.
