Some observations• Lack of understandable reporting from the EC
on the development in the Flagships – example: http://ec.europa.eu/youthonthemove/about/policy-actions/index_en.htm
• Resistance of some member states• Lack of coordination between the EESC groups
and bodies and lack of conclusions from their events – no interlinks
• Rapporteurs of Opinions on Flagships are ready to be more involved in the coordination
