Yukon Elevate Tourism Program (ELEVATE) APPLICATION FORM The Yukon Elevate Tourism Program (ELEVATE) is for tourism focused businesses in Yukon who derive at least 80% of their revenue from visiting tourists. The grant is intended to provide eligible businesses with support to 1) help access professional expertise and services for key business aspects; and/or 2) access funding support to modify or enhance existing visitor experiences and services in response to the necessary adaptions related to COVID-19. The funding amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis and the value will not exceed $20,000 per application. Before beginning the application, you are strongly encouraged to review the ELEVATE Guidelines to ensure that your business meets the eligibility criteria and understand program intentions. You may also wish to contact the TIA Yukon Office to discuss your application and other programs that may be applicable. The completed Application Form and required supporting documents must be sent to the TIA Yukon Office by email or mail for processing. Please complete all fields to ensure application can be accepted for review without delay. ELEVATE PROGRAM STREAMS

The ELEVATE program consists of the following two streams:

1. Professional mentorship: This program provides expert advice and guidance to support businesses who are seekingsupport to better cope through revenue losses of 2020, as well as understand the financial and legal implications of theirbusiness decisions. By pairing tourism operators with the necessary experts, they will have access to the clear guidance andinformation required to help them make good decisions through a very stressful time. Mentorship concludes March 15, 2021.

2. Adaptation contributions: The changing requirements and expectations of the tourism industry requires adaption to newrealities. This may include funding used to enhance the standards or practices of a business; to repurpose existing elements ofthe business to creatively address restrictions imposed by the pandemic; or to alter products/experiences to meet changingmarkets and their needs. This funding stream can supply up to $15,000 for projects completed by March 15, 2021.
