Anulom Vilom Panayam (Three Times)

• Close your eyes. Focus your attention on your breathing.• Close the right nostril with the right thumb. • Inhale slowly through the left nostril. • Use your ring and middle finger to close your left nostril (Both

nostril are closed).• Chant Aum for 5 to 10 times• Remove your thumb from your right nostril. • Exhale slowly and completely with the right nostril. • Inhale through the right nostril by closing left nostril and repeat

the above steps.• Close the right nostril and open the left.• Breathe out slowly through the left nostril. • This process is one round of Anulom Vilom Pranayam.

finger to close your both nostril.• Chant for 5 to 10 times• Remove your fingers from both nostril. • Chant Aum and Exhale slowly and
