In the event that a delivery is declined, the system will automatically send an email to the Custodians’ supervisor so action can be taken to get the package to its destination.

Wysetek team also helped the customer with the deployment strategy to use a single application in various regions. During the deployment phase the team also trained the customer’s resources to manage the entire infrastructure.

ToTo add more security player to the solution, team at Wysetek created security and restriction policies based on device across the mobile manufacturer and the different flavors of Android. The customer today is able to use the existing phones of Lenovo, Intex, Micromax, Samsung and Lava.

For standardization and uniformity, Samsung SAFE compliant devices was recommended. Now any new device, fresh or replaced device is Samsung Safe device for seamless deployment. They also saved on huge cost on Data package by configuring data limits and setting application priorities.

ByBy using the multi tenancy features of Air watch Workspace one, the customer is now serving their various business units and cus-tomers applications seamlessly on Android device. As a part of project we also helped and trained customer to prepare videos for basic application support and troubleshooting device for Application and Device related issues.

The company wanted an IT product or solution which delivered the ability to configure security settings, deploy applications according to users’ profiles, locate the device, and remotely wipe corporate data in case of theft or loss.
