On February 23, Zayo completed the acquisition of Latisys, a leading
data center and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) provider
Latisys will add six data centers to Zayo’s portfolio in Ashburn,
Chicago, Denver and Orange County
Our combined assets include 43 data center facilities and a fiber-
based network that spans 308 markets including Europe
Zayo will continue to support and expand the full suite of Latisys
solutions, including its IaaS offerings, and bring Latisys facilities and
product capabilities to Zayo customers and markets
