Kathryn Foster, Finance Director, is anaccountant with additional responsibilityfor contracts, information technologyand human resources. She joined Zenithin 2008 after 7 years working in thedefence and space industries. She adviseson mergers and acquisitions as well asnegotiation. She also serves as Zenith’sCompany Secretary.

Esther Renfrew, Market IntelligenceDirector, is a graduate in InternationalManagement and Modern Languages anda fluent French speaker. A dairyspecialist, she project manages majordairy studies and co-ordinates a growingnumber of projects in fresh dairy, cheeseand whey. She is responsible for Zenith’smarket intelligence activity whichincludes market reports, news and globaldatabases for soft drinks, bottled water,dairy and other food sectors.

Mark Taylor, Non-Executive Director, hasa portfolio of executive and non-executive roles across the food anddrink sector. He was previously adivisional Managing Director at DairyCrest with responsibilities for strategy,acquisitions, business planning,commercial development, logistics andprocurement. In his earlier career, hewas an Executive Director of amanagement buy out from NorthernFoods and worked in Diageo.

Duncan Finlayson, Director, is aChartered Engineer and earth scientist.He started advisory work for the foodand drink industry in 1985 and became aDirector of Paris-based PerrierInternational in the aftermath of the1990 global recall. During 20 years’development of Zenith’s technical andoperations consulting, he has deliveredprojects for clients in more than 30countries. His strength is in unusual,demanding or multi-disciplinary projects.

Gary Roethenbaugh, Market andDevelopment Director, is a law graduatewho advises on market analysis andinformation management. A triathlete, hehas special expertise in sports nutrition.He previously worked in corporaterecovery and investigations for KPMGand in information security.

Richard Hall, Chairman and founder, isan economist who became a Director ofthe Dairy Trade Federation at 28 and hassince become a world leading expert onthe international food and drink sector.He regularly leads client companystrategy reviews and chairs industryconferences, from Brazil and the UnitedStates to China and Japan. He is arespected presenter and writer ofnumerous industry and market studies.International business expansion andacquisition advice are areas of particularknowledge.

Philip Coverdale, Operations ConsultingDirector, has an MEng in ManufacturingEngineering and Management, workingwith Accenture and Rolls Royce beforejoining Zenith in 2006. His main projectresponsibilities include feasibility studies,new factory planning, cost reduction andtechnical due diligence. He has strongconnections with financial institutionsand private equity.

Matt Wilton, Commercial ConsultingDirector, joined Zenith in 2010 from acareer in Colgate Palmolive, Unilever, ACNielsen and TNS, after a degree inHistory. He directs multi-countrystrategic projects for many of theworld’s leading food and beveragecompanies and has particular strengthon new market entry, business strategyand commercial due diligence.
