IN terms of subsection (4) of section 7 of the Road Motor Transportation Act [Chapter 262], notice is hereby given that the applications, detailed in the'Schedule, for the issue of amendment^f road service permits, have been received for the consideration of the Controller of Road Motor Transportation.

Any person wishing to objeci to an^ such amlicaaon must lodge with the Controller of Road Motor Transportation, P.O. Box 8332, Causeway—

(a) a notice, in writing, of his intention to object, so as to reach the ControUer’s cifBce not later than the 11th Eebruary, 1983; .his objection and the grounds therefor, on form R.M.T. 24, together with two copies thereof, so as to reach the Controller’s office not later than the 4th March, 1983.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 6, as read with section 4, of the Roads Act [Chapter 265J, that Chegutu Municipal Council proposes to have the road described here­under declared a branch road.

■Description o f road The road is located within the Chegutu-Pfupajena high-

dcnsity area, and is shown on township plan G.33A, which is held in the offices of the Town Clerk, as linking the township administrative centre with Chakari Road, passing along the western boundary of St. Francis School en route. All persons who wish to object to the proposed declaration

must lodge their objections, in writing, with the undersigned on or before’the 21st February. 1983.
