slices, drained, chopped to ¼” dice
1 c. green bell peppers, ¼” dice
1 c. thick-sliced green onions (tops only)
¾ c. fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ c. lime juice
2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano
½ tsp. hot pepper sauce
(use more or less to adjust heat level)
¼ c. ground cumin
Combine all ingredients in a
5-quart or larger container; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours
before serving to blend flavors.
Serve as a dip for tortilla chips,
