POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

that I, Petro A. PETRENKO, of 25 Golovna Street, Apt. 22, Ternopil, Ukraine, holder of national identification (internal passport) No. XX000000 issued by Ternopil Central Police on June 1, 2000, taxpayer identification number 1234567890, owner of the motor vehicle described below, have made, constituted and appointed and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint Mr. Ivan P. PETRENKO or Mrs. Olesia M. PETRENKO, both of 25 Golovna Street, Apt. 5, Ternopil, Ukraine, each of them with the power to act alone and with the right of substitution, my true and lawful Attorneys-in-Fact, to act for me and to perform on my behalf and in my name, place and stead any act or thing whatsoever concerning the motor vehicle described below in every respect as I could do were I personally present, including, without limitation, the following: drive, sell, transfer, trade, assign or lease out such motor vehicle on such terms and conditions as said Attorneys shall in their absolute discretion think fit:

And I hereby certify that I am the legal owner of the motor vehicle described above by virtue of Title No.: XXX 000000 issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles (VRER) of Ternopil Oblast Traffic Police (UDAI UMVSU).

For the purposes aforesaid or any of them the Attorneys are hereby authorized to represent me before public notaries and/or certifying officers, consignment dealers / automotive recycler facilities, Highway Patrol / Motorway Police, insurance companies, committees or any other agency or firm of whatever legal form, public or private, in all matters connected with operation, assignment, transfer, sale, rebuilding (change of model, body type, color, duly authorized replacement of engine, frame or other parts), repair / renovation and inspection of the said motor vehicle. The Attorneys are further authorized to determine the parking location for the said motor vehicle, to apply for and receive original and/or duplicate registration or title and temporary license plate for the said motor vehicle, to transfer ownership, to submit and obtain any and all necessary certificates and documents, including but not limited to applications / declarations / affidavits, duplicate Power of Attorney if lost or stolen, to receive any amounts of money in case of sale, to sign on my behalf, to enter into and execute in my name and on my behalf any and all agreements necessary or required to transfer or assign the said motor vehicle on such terms and conditions as said Attorneys shall in their absolute discretion think fit, to receive any amounts of money due to me, to arrange for mandatory third party liability insurance coverage, to negotiate and execute in my name and on my behalf any indemnity agreements and to receive applicable amounts of indemnity according to any calculations, certificates / reports and expert opinions, etc., to pay all applicable motor vehicle taxes as well as to do and perform any other act and thing in connection with such powers as fully as the I might or could do if personally present.

This Power of Attorney is to remain in full force and effect for ten years.
