• NT – “H” Category • WA – “E” Category • VIC – Classed as imitation firearm • SA – “H” Category • QLD – “H” Category • NSW – “H” Category • TAS – Currently working with Tasmanian Police to

finalise the launcher classification

Licence Requirements

• RocketMan can assist with Licence applications • SA, NT, VIC and WA Police all see the safety benefits

of the RECORD system. The application process is being made easier by each Police Authority in these states. All licences applied for will be approved where wildlife control requirements can be clearly identified as a need

• Applications will not be turned down on the basis of normal “H” category requirements

• QLD and NSW • All licences will be approved on the basis that it is

required for wildlife control purposes. • The difference between these 2 states and the other

states at this stage is time it takes for applications to be processed – can take 12 weeks or even longer
