Sealed Tenders are invited from different agencies for spare and service

maintainance agreement of different range and brand of water purifier / Cooler cum

Purifier / Storage cooler cum purifier in both the campus of F.M. University.

The quotation should be neatly typed on the letterhead of the firm mentioning

the rate for comprehensive maintenance agreement. The rate and taxes for different

types of water purifier shall be mentioned distinctily. The last date of receipt of

tender onOg ,D;2lt1at 5.00 PM and shall be opened on IOl2'2A11 atq.00 PM

Tender Conditions:

L. Those who fulfil the following criteria are eligible to participate in the tender.

A. The bidder must be reputed manufacturer / suppliei /servicing agency

should provide all documents relating to their working capacities

B. If the bidfler is a manufacturer / supplier / servicing agency, necessary

certificate to this effect must be enclosed,q+

C. The bidder must have to submit self attested receipt of Income Tax Return

Copy, PAN Copy, GSTIN'Certificate, Acknowledgement of Last Gst Return

and authorized service centre certificate etc. along with tender documents.

D. It is mendetory that service provide agency must have full-fledged office ata

Balasore and proof to that effect may be furnished in the tender document.

The detail address of the office, along with agreement paper with the

landlord, if any, must be furnished with the quotation. If it is revealed in the

latter date that the vendor has no local office at Balasore, the aggrement

with the vendor shall be cancelled forthwith.

General Instruction:

The selection of Service Provider for comprehensive spare and service

maintenance ag,reement for water purifier will be based on quality and past

performance along with cost. In this context, the decision of the University is

final. The authorities of the University is also competent to cancel any or all

tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

Nuapadhi, Balasore, Pin-756089 within due date and time as stipulated in the

tender call notice. Hand delivery and delivery through courier service of tender

documents will not be accePted.

The sealed envelope must show the name of the bidder and hi3 address, contact

number and should be superscribed as "Tender for spares and maintainance

agreement for water purifiers" on the top of the Envelope'

these water cooler from premises of the University to workshop and back and

himself.

LZ.The firm awarded the work will be required to depute adequate number of

well experienced service engineer / mechanics / helper in order to attend

urgent calls. To meet exigencies, the university shall be within its competence

to requisition of service of the mechanics beyond the working hours, including

holidays. No additibnal payment shall however be made for the purpose'

14.The contractor shall also obtain a certificate from concerned P.G. Depts'

/Hostels / Guest-House f Administrative buil ding / Helath care centre after

completion of each servicing / reparing. Every change of parts and repair and

replacement of spare parts of purifier to be done in front of the officials of the

benificiaries and these shall be clearly noted down in the "service call Report"

and the Register maintained for the purpose'

l-5.1rt servicing will be done within 10 days of signing of agreement.

L6.Every water purifier machines are to be checked once on a month. During

service, visit water purifier will be thoroughly checked cleaned serviced and

adjusted.

Scope of Work / Description of Work

Under comprehensive AMC of WaterCooler cum Purifier IASCCP/AGEGPC & AGCCP),

following spares covered under AMC.

A. Change of Carbon twice a year if carbon block then once in a year.

B. Candle twice in a year.

C. Washing of Water Storage Chamber = 06 times in a year'

D. Servicing of Carbon and Candle filter 03 times in a year.

E. Replacem ent / Rbpair of any internal accessories like compressor fan motor,

UV Lamp, Gas Charging, PCB, Metal Tubes, Thermostart, Adaptor, LED

' indicator, Selenoid valves and quartz glass etc'

F. For Liv-Pure make water purifier and kent water purifier (seven Liter wonder)

there should be change of carbon and candel two times in a year, servicing the

carbon and candle filter four times in a year and replacement of internal

acceossories like adaptors, anti scalants, regulators, Valves, UV lamp and S

Valve if any. All the RO units the permissible TDS should checked 04 times in a

year.

G. The items stated below are not covered under AMC :

Main chesis, steel / plastic/Alu. Body, wash Basin, EVA kit, Diverter

valve, Drainge pipe, Drain Tray. However, all other items'covered under

A.M.C. & Storage tank Coil.

Tender Fee / EMD & Pledging

-...,+. i. The quotationers are required to deposit the tender paper fe$ i,e. Rs' 2000/-

(Rupees Two ThousandJ only (non-refundableJ in favour of "F.M. University,

Development Fund-11", payable at Balasore'

ii. The successful quotationer are required to deposit EMD of Rs' 10,000/-

(Rupees Ten thousand) only in shape of DD in favour of "F.M. University,

Development Fund-I1", payable at Balasore.

iii. Successful quotationer has to pledge Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) only

in the name of the of "Registrar, F.M. University", as atoken of service security.

Contact Period

The successful contractors shall provide maintainance service to Water purifiers for

one year from the date of signing of the agreement'W

Parrment Mode:

Half-yearly advance payment shall be made to the selected bidder[s) / service

provider(s) from the date of agreement came in to force.
