Note:

The scope of the 66kV sub-station works includes full

design, procurement and installation of all elements,

including but not limited to structure, plant, equipment,

etc, in order to complete the works and provide a fully

compliant and functional installation.

This pricing document is to act as a framework only. It

is the Contractors responsibility to ensure that the

works are to be priced in their entirety.

The Contractor must allow for providing these

works through an EPC type sub-contract with a

Kahraama approved contractor.

The Contractor will be responsible for all co-ordination

with the LDS super primary sub-station contractor and

for ensuring the compatibility of the feeder differential

protection being implemented within this scope of works

and the 66kV bays at LDS.

NOTES

Any alterations to the Bills of Quantities will be ignored

and the text read as originally printed.

The Tenderer shall detail in the following pages any

items which he requires in addition to those in the Bills

of Quantities, or any of the printed items which he feels

should be omitted from the Bills of Quantities.

Items detailed shall be shown as unit quantities, in the

same format as the Bills of Quantities, each item having

a rate duly extended and the whole totalled and carried

to the Summary.

Should further pages be required by the Tenderer he

shall include these and amend the Summaries to suit

the revised pages.

This Section shall be deemed to be the whole of the

Additions and Omissions required by the Tenderer.
