    Results/ Findings:

    The BMI screening yielded 20 employees onobese category and 5 employees on the Underweight category.

    After 3 months of program implementation, all20 participants lose weights with the biggestloser losing as much as 10% actual weight and

    the skinny champ participants gaining 5% of theiractual weight.

    The program: Is motivating to all participants to gain or lose weight

    because of the availability of peers and support group toencourage full participation and achievement of each
