Creating Adjacencies, Method 1

If a plan is not open the user is prompted to open or create oneActivate adjacency creation button on the map toolbar

Press and hold down the left mousebutton on top of the source cell icon

Move on top of the target cell iconuntil the icon is selected

Release the mouse button

Adjacency line(s) drawnbetween the cells
