New This Week
Offices Closed Monday
Offices will be closed Monday, September 5, in
observance of Labor Day.
Retainer Fees
Your broker recently emailed you regarding commission
and suggested charging a retainer fee if you wanted to
collect flat fee commission and thought your buyer may
want to see Fannie or Freddie listings. On the buy side, a retainer fee must be received
prior to a property being identified because once a property is identified, all financial
matters regarding the transaction must be shown on the HUD-1. Retainer fee checks should
be made payable to RE/MAX Allegiance and turned in with a case processing sheet.
Ethan Bortnick Concert
We are pleased to announce a concert by 9 year old piano prodigy Ethan Bortnick on
October 30 at the Waterford at Springfield. Doors open at 3 and the concert begins at 4.
This is a great event for the entire family and your clients with all proceeds to benefit
Children's Miracle Network. Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for students. Details on how
to purchase tickets are coming soon.
