On the buy side, a retainer fee must be received prior to a property being identified because once a property is identified, all financial matters regarding the transaction must be shown on the HUD-1. Retainer fee checks should be made payable to RE/MAX Allegiance and turned in with a case processing sheet. Ethan Bortnick Concert We are pleased to announce a concert by 9 year old piano prodigy Ethan Bortnick on October 30 at the Waterford at Springfield. Doors open at 3 and the concert begins at 4. This is a great event for the entire family and your clients with all proceeds to benefit Children's Miracle Network. Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for students. Forrest joined RE/MAX Allegiance in 2003 as a staff member and has held positions of

Operations Manager and Career Counselor in addition to her current position as Vice

President of Associate Services in Fredericksburg, Dale City and Lake Ridge.

Forrest has collective experience in management, strategic planning, extensive sales,

marketing and public relations positions. Her formal education is in Business Management.

Forrest won the Staff Member of the Year in 2005 and Distinguish Service Award in 2006.
