Mental and Emotional Health is about your feelings and thoughts. It is a reflectionof how you feel about yourself and others, how you meet demands of daily life, and how you Cope with problems.

4. On the back write a paragraph for each area describing what you drew and how it relates to your health.
5. Write a summary paragraph about your triangle. Is your triangle balanced? Why or why not? What areas are weak? What areas are strong? Why? What is good about your triangle, what needs work? How can you make it more balanced.
6. Color and make it neat. DUE AT THE END OF CLASS
