INSTALL (1) STRAND OF CONCENTRIC NEUTRAL WIRE THROUGH MOLDED HOLE IN ELBOW. CONTINUE WRAPPING UP AROUND ELBOW AND BACK THROUGH OTHER MOLDED HOLE. WRAP AROUND OTHER WIRES TO TERMINATE.
