ALL SOULS DAY: November 2

Remembering our deceased loved ones

Saturday, November 2, is the Feast of All Souls, the

day on which we remember in a special way our

deceased family members and friends. At a 8:00

a.m. Mass on that day, we will remember the people

whose funeral Masses were celebrated at the parish

during the past year. We would also like to

remember the close family members of

parishioners who died this past year. Please help

us prepare for the liturgy by contacting the parish

office (882-0925 or [email protected]) with the

names of close family members to be read out loud

at the November 2 Mass at 8:00 a.m. We would be

grateful to receive the names before October 23.

The Bereavement Team will serve refreshments

after the Mass. Bereavement team members are

asked to contact the office to volunteer to help

with the reception

Perhaps a member of your family or a friend is

considering “reconnecting” with the Church. Talk

to them about it; listen to their apprehensions;

perhaps invite them to join you for Mass or a

parish event. And pray for them.

VOLUNTEERS who currently work with the

children and young people of the parish are

asked to read the CODE of CONDUCT and

POLICY for the PROTECTION of CHILDREN

on the diocesan website: www.atholicnh.org.

SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION: October 23

Next Wednesday, October 23 from 6:30 –8:00

p.m. in the lower office hall, Mark Boegel will lead

a discussion on the book Letter to a Suffering Church:

A Bishop Speaks on the Sexual Abuse Crisis by

Bishop Robert Barron. You are invited to pick up a

free book at the parish office. For more information,

contact Mark Boegel (321-6749 or

[email protected]).
