Package Information As naming rights partner of the outdoor area housing food trucks for lunch and the casual networking event the afternoon of Day 1, your company will be in the hearts, minds and stomachs of our 1,200+ delegates.

As our Feed Me partner, evokeAG. will also develop a branded fresh food display of fresh fruit and snacks within the Exhibition Hub. The display design (developed by our food stylist), product and management - including staffing to re-stock and refrigeration of product are all included in the partnership fee. Also included will be branded napkins and staff uniforms worn by those catering staff responsible for the snack display and serving drinks at the Festival of Food.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

1. We will confirm by phone or email upon receipt of your Booking Confirmation Form.

2. After your selection is confirmed, you will be sent your Agreement.

3. An exhibitor manual will be sent to you by the Exhibition Manager.

CANCELLATION OF PARTNERSHIP

Cancellations of bookings prior to 19 October 2019 will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of total tax invoice amount.

Cancellations of bookings prior to 18 December 2019 will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of total tax invoice amount.

No refunds will be issued after 18 December 2019 and unpaid tax invoices must be paid in full.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Upon receipt of your signed Agreement, a tax invoice will be issued to you. Written confirmation of your booking will be provided upon receipt of payment of that tax invoice.

Full payment is due within 14 days of the date of the tax invoice.
