Area Chairman Tr. Niraj Dhote called the 1 AEX meeting of RTI Area IV to order with a toast to The President of

India.

Chairman requested Tr. Meet Jain to read the Aims & Objects of

RTI.

To develop the fellowship of young men through the medium

of their business and professional occupations and community

service activities.

To encourage active and responsible citizenship by

cultivating the highest ideals in business,

professional and civic traditions.

To promote and further international understanding, friendship and co-operation.

To promote the extension of the Association.

AST Tr. Manish Shah confirmed that quorum was established for the meeting to commence.

Chairman Tr Niraj Dhote welcomed all Chairmen & Conveners to the 1st AEX .

Chairman welcome & invited Tr. Narendraa Agarwal, National LAPD Con. to dais.

Tr Niraj congratulated all the members for taking the leadership position & also

hailed efforts of the D3 TEAM for putting an excellent AAG. He gave a special

mention to Sq.Leg Ravi Choudhury for all the efforts given by him for the AAGM & AEX, Chairman then honored

Sq. Leg Ravi with his Theme Pin. Chairman then requested all the AEX members to share their plans for the

year .

2. FTE remains focus area for RT113 this year & that too at Sunderbans . There

is a need of High School at Sunderban where children now have to cross the

river & go .Their is always fear of boat Capsize which looms . Looking for joint

projects in this area as well .

3. Since the focus area is FTE , you need Funds , for which the Table is working

out Fund raising plans

4. Table has already received Go Green award for installing Solar Power at

Sunderban FTE . Will set more examples .

5. Tr Rahul also wants to make this year

6. '' Oye Volley The Ball '' the Flagship Fellowship event will see more

participants this year

7. Tr Rahul was also happy to see 3 Tablers from RT113 in the Area Board .


1. The table raised Rs 32000.00 in a fund raiser programme ''Ek Tha

Tiger '' The same was donated at 15 August project.

1. Total 20 Tables in AREA IV including the new Table at BBSR

2. Total no of Tablers is 287 & which comes to an average of 18 tablers per

table

3. External Extension at 6 locations i.e. Guwahati, Tinsukia, Siliguri,

Jamshedpur, Jhadsukra.

4. Has kept a humble target of 400 Tablers by the tabling year end in Area IV

5. Has also shown concern for Re organization of Area IV, since the area now

stands with 20 tables.


1. P & G pilot project already executed in West Bengal

2. Meetings taken with Education minister, who was really impressed with

Round Table work.

3. He informed everyone how to apply for the grants from the Nationals.


1. A power point presentation was shown by the LAPD convenor

2. Motivational mails are already in circulation

3. Has requested all the tables to ensure that each individual on rotation basis

comes up & speaks on any subject during Table Meeting.

4. He informed that Area plans for the APT session in all the Tabling cities.

operation for a meaningful newsletter

2. The general opinion of Tablers is that ''Jo Tabler Chahega, Woh Bunty

Karwayega'' is a matter of fact, was agreed by AEX.

1. Tabler Kamal along with Cr Shalini , has various modules for the young

guns.

2. The same was shown on a power point presentation

3. A lot of activities will take place in the year to bring out the Hidden Talent

of each Child.

to Area IV for some real amazing LAPD session. He shared his views finally

Chairman again welcomed Tr. Narendra

Agarwal for come to Area IV as a National

Observer, IPC Tr. Neeraj Banka for the

wonderful year he had during the year he

had. He thanked again Rt63 team for the

wonderful AAGM and AEX arrangements.

Chairman thanked all the present Table

Chairmen and the respected Champions for

presenting their plans, he thanked every

one for coming forwards with positive

discussion in the 33rd AAGM regarding COB

and appreciated the Tablers and Tables

coming forwards with the contribution to

solve the issue. He once again announced

and took the permission of the floor to give Rs. 50,000.00 to the COB committee

as a contribution from the AEX to solve the issue.

Chairman requested all the Table Chairmen to take some extra efforts for

getting more participation in the Area fellowships events.

With the permission of the floor Chairman announce the name of Sq. Leg.

Yogesh Gupta of Rt41 for the post of National Honourary Tabler for the year

2013-2014.

He took the permission of the floor to give the raised money through sergenting

in this AEX to the AAGM Team

He asked everyone to concentrate bit more towards the extension of the

association and wished to touch the figure of 400 by the end of this tabling year.

Finally he wished everyone present in the 1st AEX for the year to come and

promised to be available when ever needed by a Table or Tabler.

Sergeant's ActSergeant's fine was voluntarily kept @ Rs 200.00 per Tabler, only after serious

objections of high fines which was pinching to all.

Tr Rahul Mall was asked to do 10 pushups for acting too smart during sergeanting at

AAGM
