• OBJECTIVE : Spelling aloud• The alphabet• ACTIVITIES : • Student read the web page using the smart

board so as to encourage them and give them examples on what we were going to work in class.

• They volunteered to provide examples in the classroom, I wrote them on the board (activity to which they are used to, because of the way we work with phonics).

illustrating the words.• Students worked in pairs, asking each

• CONCLUSION: Students could have their own alphabet book (different from their mate´s one) and enjoy playing and working. They took it home to share this activity with their families.

• INTELLIGENCES: INTERPERSONAL , LINGÜÍSTICA , VISUAL Y ESPACIAL (Utiliza imágenes visuales como recurso para recordar información) y SINTETICO CREATIVA ( Busca originalidad en la generación de nuevos productos).

AIM: Learning the numbers up to 100, saving a record of the number of days spent at school.

Materials:

• A poster with a grid, which will be filled everyday.

Development of the activity:

•At the beginning of the year, the teacher explains the kids that the grid will be filled everyday, counting the days that are spent at school, not only English but also gym.

•As a part of the routines at the beginning of the lesson, the chart is filled by one of the students. Then, the students, guided by the teacher, read the numbers that had been written on the chart.

•When the 100th day is reached, the kids are asked to bring collections of a hundred objects.

•With those collections, each student creates a drawing or a collage using his or her objects.

Activities:

•Reading of “The 100th day at school”

•Revision of the chart, counting up to a hundred.

•Creating personal posters and drawings and then a long snake with all the drawings.
