that the network notifies the S >in the packet transmission state?

of the S is 9uickened. The SC pla5s a minor role in the N-CC

function. +t sends the s5stem information a8out the cell and the

participating in the N-CC processing.

Remarks Set this parameter to Aes onl5 when the cell supports GPRS services.

This parameter re9uires the support of licenses.
