This was one of the many dress up days that week. SHOWING THAT SPARTAN PRIDE The Davis Spartans cheer section shows its pride and cheer on Davis at the homecoming game after being fired up at the rally. “There was great enthusiasm and leadership shown by our student body that attended the homecoming game. There needs to be yelling and screaming at every game, even if they get suspended,” said basketball coach Dan Pacheco. JUST PLAYING THE GAME Junior Xevion Vega runs up the court looking for an open player to pass the ball to in the homecoming game against Beyer High School. LEARNING THE MOVES Seniors Lindsay Crume and Victoria Demchenko, along with other students of all grades, practice for the homecoming dance for the homecoming rally. Homecoming week started out with decorating the hallways at 3 in the morning, then led to a week of activities. By the end of the week, everyone was pumped up for the rally which had a special session for the Famous Five. The week ended with Davis Varsity Basketball players defeating Beyer.
