Dear Coyotes Fan,

The 2009-2010 hockey season is quickly approaching and Coyotes Charities is gearing up for another season of fundraising.

One of the most popular fundraisers organized by Coyotes Charities is the game night 50/50 Raffle. This unique fundraisergives non-profit organizations the opportunity to raise money during Phoenix Coyotes home games while having fun at thesame time.

50/50 tickets are sold for $2 each during the game, and a drawing held at the end of the night determines the lucky winner whoreceives half of the net profit for that game! The remaining 50% of themoney raised is split between the sellersorganization and Coyotes Charities.

There are a few simple requirements to participate in the 50/50 Raffle fundraiser. First, you must be a 501c3 non-profit

organization. Second, your organization must be able to provide a minimum of 20 raffle ticket sellers over the age of 18.Please bear in mind that in order to be organized and set up in time for the game, its important that all sellers arrive atJobing.com Arena 2 hours prior to game time on their assigned night. Coyotes Charities provides admission tickets for thesellers only. Discounted tickets for family and guests not selling tickets will be available for purchase upon confirmation of yourgame date.

If you are interested in the 50/50 Raffle and meet the above requirements, please fill out and return the form at the bottom ofthis page along with a copy of your groups 501c3 letter which must include your Federal Tax I.D. number. This informationmust be from the Department of the Treasury on IRS letterhead; your treasurer or bookkeeper should have this paperwork onfile. Please note that groups are being scheduled on a first come, first served basis, and tend to fill fast. All requests are dueno later than Tuesday, September 1st, 2009. Please list your top 3 preferred game dates below in order of preference. Youwill be notified which game you have been assigned via mail. Once all home games are filled, a wait list will be keptthroughout the season.
