The parentalcompany of the Group was started in the year 1974 venturing with Manufacturing of Steel Products inthe district of Nalgonda in Andhra Pradesh state and steadily extended its base to Visakhapatnam, thehub of steel industry. The vast business potential in the construction and infrastructure industry hadmade the promoters to diversify Groups horizons by establishing the Company SRK Infra India PrivateLimited.

SRK Infra India Private Limited, Company is incorporated in May 2011 and is operating fromVisakhapatnam ((Vizag) in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Since its inception Company is successfullyexecuting industrial and housing units projects in Orissa and Andhra Pradesh under the flagship ofClients ‘Jindal Steel & Power Limited’ and ‘Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation’ respectively.With the business boom in the construction and infra industry, company is looking for furtheropportunities in residential & commercial buildings including highway projects.

Company is also associated with a full time Design Wing specialised in Architectural, Structural andInterior process for creating Pre Engineering Buildings (PEB) structures providing consultancy servicesfor Turnkey basis interior and PEB projects.

SRK Group’s Total Annual Turnover in the last three years is about Rs. 750 Cr indicating a strong andstable financial back up for its new diversified subsidiary company.

SRK Group was founded by Late. Sri S. Satyam who started company with a set-up of small Re-rollingmill in the Nalgonda district of Andhra Pradesh state early in the year 1974. Initially the Group was engaged in the business of trading in steel products and laterexpanded into manufacturing units. After setting up of the steel plant at Visakhapatnam by theRashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL); the Group has recognised and developed ample opportunities formarketing the RINL products. Group’ vision of recongnising the importance for steel both in domesticand industrial use has resulted in the establishment of SREE RAMAKRISHNA ALLOYS LIMITED (1987)and SRI GANGADHARA STEELS LIMITED (1997).

Presently, Company Directors Sri S. VENKANNA and Sri S. RAMAKRISHNA with their forefront visionand vast experience in steel industry are propelling the entire Group and its people on the journey tosuccess with inspiration and overwhelming optimism.

Since inception and within a short period, the group had the best dealers’ networks in the industry, withdealers throughout Andhra Pradesh and other South Indian states. Clients list ranges from directcustomers, dealers to government departments including infrastructure and other projects.

The Group’s rich experience for more than four decades in the steel industry has facilitated marketingits products successfully.
