have two shuttle stop locations for pick up. One will be at 4th & Colorado, wells fargo parking lot, where

the shop stop bike expo will be. Parking for patrons coming to the shop stop will be at 3rd st. and Ute

hour. Busses will pick up at both locations approximately every 30 minutes. We will add two more 45

passenger busses for the venue clear (6 total). We do have more busses available if we decide we need

more to clear the venue in a punctual manner (ie. inclement weather).

Venue Capacity is approximately 400 people. We will control our capacity by issuing online tickets and

requiring a ticket/wrist band to board a shuttle bus. Parking will be permitted at the venue only by

athletes, staff, and event credentials (media, vip). We will limit the parking on site to be self contained

within the venue parameters (approximately 100 vehicles).

III. Partnership with Colorado Plateau Mountain Bike Association (COPMOBA) – Three Sisters Park

Ranchstyle is partnering up with COPMOBA to help raise money for preserving Three Sisters Park. The

Mesa Land Trust will purchase the Three Sisters Property adjacent to the Tabeguache/Lunch Loop Trails,

and will place a conservation easement on the property that will preserve it for public use. COPMOBA

will develop beginner biking and hiking trails for kids and families on this land.

Ranchstyle, for the first year, is having a downtown bike expo in conjunction with the event in Glade

Park on Saturday, May 5th. Ranchstyle will request a $100 donation to the Three Sisters Park project

from all bike shops and bike manufacturers participating in the expo. That will be the only fee they have

to pay to participate. Grassroots Cyles (host of Ranchstyle) will be providing shuttle service from the

bike expo area to Tabeguache trailhead area for bike demos. This will coincide with a Three Sisters Park

fundraiser in the area that same day.

Shop Stop Bike Expo: 4th Street & Colorado Avenue

The site of the bike expo is caddie corner from Grassroots Cycles (host) and is the wells fargo parking lot.

The lot space we are using is approximately 11,500 square ft. The Expo is free to the public. There will

be bike shops showcasing the newest gear and bike manufacturers demoing their bikes. The expo will

have a fun interactive element to it as well. Organizers are planning on having a radio station on site, a

big screen showing Ranchstyle highlights, and an interactive bike park for kids and beginners.

The Shop Stop is also a shuttle stop pick up for patrons going to the main venue. There will be a check-

in point where patrons exchange their online ticket for a credential to allow them access on the bus and

to the venue. Anyone can participate in the expo, however, only ticketed patrons can get on the bus.

Parking for the Shop stop will be located at 3rd Street & Ute Avenue. There is a big dirt parking lot that is

approximately 40,000 square feet. Ranchstyle will have parking attendants and signage to direct

people.

Dos Hombres - Shuttle Stop 421 Brach Drive, Grand Junction, CO

Dos Hombres is located near the main intersection of Broadway & Monument. This is also the main

intersection where you turn off urban sprawl to head up to the remote venue. Ranchstyle will use the

dirt section of the restaurant’s parking lot. The area for parking is approximately 22,000 square feet.

Busses will run shuttles from this location on Friday night starting at 4:30 pm, Saturday starting at 9:30

am, and Sunday starting at 8:30 am. Shuttles will run until venue is clear at end of each day. Ranchstyle

will have a parking attendant and directional signage to assist patrons.
