The Mustangs have only had four games decided by less than 10 points, giving plenty of balanced playing time to the group of players. Taylor Bahensky is the team’s leading scorer, averaging 12.1 points per game. Ashlynn Muhl adds 11.5 points and 7.6 rebounds. Lexi Ackerman and Madison Braun add 9.6 points apiece. As a team, Morningside averages 78.8 points per game while holding opponents to 57.2 points. The Mustangs also have a rebounding edge of +4.7 boards per game. They are shooting 45.4-percent from the floor and 36.1 behind the arc. Morningside enters Saturday’s action as the unanimous No. 1 team in NAIA Division II and moved to 19-0 on the season after a 64-37 win over Dordt on Wednesday. Doane returns to action after a week off and winning two games at the Tabor Classic.

The Mustangs have only had four games decided by less than 10 points, giving plenty of balanced playing time to the group of players.
