Game Day - No. 21 - January 17
Doane College at Dordt College
Dordt picked up their first conference win of the season last Saturday at Nebraska Wesleyan and will look to carry over the momentum into a week that features Northwestern and Doane. The Defenders are 9-10 on the season, 1-9 in the GPAC.
Dordt’s strength is on the boards, where they average 44.6 rebounds per game and 12.7 offensive boards a contest. They are averaging 68.5 points per contest while allowing 72.0 on the season.
Abby Chapman leads the team with 14.0 points per game and is one of the top 3-point threats, shooting 33.9-percent (40-118). Paige Engbers is shooting 40.7-percent (37-91) behind the arc. Mycah Hulst is the leading rebounder, 9.9 per game, and shot blocker with 59. Kim Kroeze adds 7.0 boards per game.
