Doane College at Culver-Stockton College

The Tigers will face another stiff test early in the season as they travel to Culver-Stockton College. The Wildcats are 4-0-1 on the season with all five games decided by one goal or less.

CSC returns their top two scorers from a year ago, both of whom posted goals in a 2-1 win over Doane in Crete. Stephanie Adelmann had nine goals last year including a game-winner against the Tigers but has been held to one this season. Brittney McMahon is the leading goal scorer with three early in the season.

Mackenzie Little is back in net and has posted a 0.93 goals against average in five games with 22 saves.

Game Day - No. 6 - September 20

Doane College at Briar Cliff University

The Chargers are off to a 4-1 start to the season. In their first four games of the year, they had scored one goal in each game. In their last game against Grace, the doubled their season output in a 4-0 win. They have four shutout victories on the season.

Scoring for the Chargers has been spread out with Elle Wegher and Brooke Romer leading the way with two goals apiece. Four other players have one goals each.

In goal, Kalynn Sortino has allowed two goals through the first five games with 13 saves. She has a 0.40 goals against average entering the week.

This game will be the conference opener for both teams.
