All attendees will be required to present a photo ID and one of the following credentials: Salon or Spa business license denoting salon ownership Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician, Massage Therapist license CosmoProf card SalonCentric card Cosmetology school business, state license or ID Card Active Class Schedule or Active Unofficial Transcript Student Enrollment Verification Form No one will be permitted to enter the show without proper identification and credentials. No infants or children under the age of 16 will be permitted. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to provide proof of licensure. Can unlicensed salon/spa managers and/or employees attend the show? Yes, provided that proof of employment by the salon is provided in the form of a check stub containing the employee’s name and salon name. If you have another form of credential not listed above, please contact us at [email protected]. Can distributors, manufacturers or manufacturer representatives attend Premiere DAYSPA ® ? Only if they are current members of the professional beauty industry and purchase a show pass. Each distributor, manufacturer or manufacturer representative member must provide valid ID for approval and may purchase up to two show passes to the show at regular show prices. Can cosmetology students attend Premiere DAYSPA ® ? Yes, students over the age of 16 may attend with a valid student ID, active class schedule, active unofficial transcript or student enrollment verification form.

Do cosmetology school instructors receive free admission? Foreveryfive(5)studentshowpassespurchased, Premiere will provide the cosmetology school with one (1) complimentary Premiere DAYSPA® 3-day show pass.

May my spouse or friend attend the show? Only members of the professional beauty industry or students currently attending cosmetology school may attend. Proof of licensure is required. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances that would require a spouse or friend to attend, please email an explanation for consideration to [email protected].

May I bring my infant or child? Nooneundertheageof16,includinginfants,areallowedontheshowflooror admitted in classrooms. Super Sitters, Inc. is our onsite childcare company. Register in advance for $10 per hour, per child by calling 407-382-2558. Onsite registration will be $12 per hour, per child (cash only), if space is available. Acceptable ages 2 years+. To pre-register, click here. Childcare Hours: Sunday 8:30a - 6:30p & Monday 8:30a - 5:00p

May I bring a rolling cart? With respect to your professional peers and for your safety, carts, strollers, carriagesandrollingbags(includingsuitcases)arenotpermittedontheshowfloor.TherewillbeaProductCheck and Shipping location available onsite for a nominal fee allowing you to leave your bags while you continue to shop and then, if desired, ship them back to the salon.

Do PBA/NCA members receive free admission? MembersofPBA&NCAreceiveticketsanddiscountsinaspecialprogram.PremiereShowGroupdoesNOTparticipateinthisprogram.

Do I need to pre-register for education classes? Complimentary education classes are included with your showpassandareavailableonafirst-come,first-servebasis.Workshopsareavailableforanadditionalfeeandare limited by the number of seats in the room. Advance registration for these classes is highly recommended.

How do I get my show pass if I purchase it online? Your show pass will be emailed to the email address you provided when creating your account at www.premieredayspa.biz.

How do I receive my show pass if I purchased from CosmoProf or SalonCentric? The receipt you received when you purchased your show pass from CosmoProf or SalonCentric is your physical show pass to the show. Go directly to the show entrance with your receipt.

What should I do if I lose my show pass? All Sales are Final. You will be required to purchase another show pass to gain entrance into the show. If you purchased your show pass online direct through Premiere DAYSPA®’s website, you may log in to My Account at www.premieredayspa.biz to reprint your show pass.

Are refunds available if I purchase my show pass but am not able to attend? Your show pass may be exchanged for Premiere DAYSPA®’s 2015 event by calling 800-335-7469. All Sales are Final, no refunds will be issued.

May I bring my camera? NophotographyorvideotapingofPremiereDAYSPA®/Premiere Orlando or its Educational Program is allowed without prior permission from Show Management.

What are the closest airports to the convention center? Orlando International Airport (MCO) - 15 miles or Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) - 40 miles

What should I wear? Clothing should be comfortable, yet professional. We suggest wearing business casual clothing and comfortable shoes. Be sure to pack some comfortable pieces if you plan to visit area attractions. Convention centers and hotels tend to keep things cool, so we recommend that you bring a sweater.

May I be a model? Premiere Show Group does not hire models for the exhibiting companies. You may check your local newspapers for model calls. However, Premiere Show Group does have a policy that does not allow any models to be under 16 years of age. A photo ID is required.

What if I require special assistance at the show? To ensure your participation is enjoyable and meaningful, please contact Premiere Show Group at 800-335-7469 at least three weeks prior to the show.

Does my state have approved continuing education hours? If your state’s information is not listed below, we recommend contacting your local state board directly. Attendees must sign-in and

What am I required to bring with me? Bring your show pass, beauty industry credentials and plenty of business cards. The Premiere Beauty Show is a time for networking. To purchase products, you may be asked to verify that you are a beauty industry professional or student of the beauty industry.

Is smoking allowed at the show? Smoking is prohibited by the Convention Center in compliance with the Florida Clean Air Act. Designated smoking areas outside the building will be marked.
