!Enclosed in this packet is the information that is needed to enroll in the 2014 Nissan Motorsports Racer Support and Contingency Award Programs. Any team or driver competing in a Nissan vehicle is eligible to sign up for our Racer Support Program. Additionally, if you are competing in select race series and events, you may be eligible for contingency award payouts (see attached Award Program).

Racer Support Parts Program: 1. Complete and sign the 2014 Registration form (attached). 2. Complete and return the “Consent to Limited Use of Name, Logo & Trademark” form

(attached). !! Please see the attached Parts Ordering Guidelines for further information

concerning the Racer Support Parts Program. !

To register for contingency awards 1. Complete the Racer Support Parts Program forms. 2. Complete and sign the W-9 form (attached), which needs to accompany

your registration and the “Consent to Limited Use of Name, Logo & Trademark” form. !! No payments can be awarded, or parts ordered, until ALL current forms are

received. !

The Award Claim ! This form must accompany each race result to receive payment of a contingency

award (form attached). !

Enrollment ! You must be enrolled in the current year program before the date of the event

in which you will be competing. No claims will be paid if you are not enrolled prior to competing in an eligible event. Each year requires a new registration enrollment.

Each competitor must display official CURRENT 'NISSAN' !die-cut logo (4" x 28") [black, white or red] and NISMO die-cut logo, as supplied !by Nissan Motorsports on the race vehicle. ONLY the listed colors of the Nissan and !NISMO logo’s are approved. ‘NISSAN’ must be prominently affixed on !either the front air dam, the leading edge of the hood or the top of the windshield as well !as on each side of the vehicle. Current NISMO logos must be affixed on the front fenders or mirrors if so equipped. !!

Contingency Awards Program Guidelines !!The following Nissan Motorsports Racer Support and Contingency Award Program guidelines must be adhered to in addition to being compliant with all applicable competition rules and regulations in effect at the time of the event.

The registration form has an area to request die-cuts. !

!Please see attached VISUAL IDENTITY information

!**It is importand that ALL Nissan racers follow the logo and color guidelines. Usage of old logos and slogans such as; “Enjoy the Ride”, and Datsun are not approved. The sticker requirement will be strictly enforced for all contingency claims, no exceptions.

!

!Driver’s suits must display CURRENT Nissan patches (5" x 1.5") on the UPPER CHEST, as supplied by Nissan Motorsports, during all race events. Custom embroidery of “Nissan” is allowed as long as it is the same font and minimum size. The registration form has an area to request the patches.

!For Contingency Award payouts please follow these additional guidelines: 1. All registration forms, W-9, and Consent forms must be submitted to Nissan Motorsports

prior to the date of the event. 2. All Contingency AWARD CLAIM forms must be accompanied by a clear copy

of the official race results, a photo of the car with the current logos and submitted no later than 30 days after the event has been run. Falsification of information will be considered grounds for disqualification from the Program.

3. If contingency award money is to be paid to someone other than the driver, both the driver and the claim recipient must be current registrants in the Nissan Motorsports Contingency Program.

4. Nissan Motorsports requires a minimum of three starters per class for award eligibility.

5. Contingency award money will not be paid to a participant who fails to finish an event. Nissan Motorsports contingency awards are based on finishing positions ONLY. Any competitor disqualified at an event will forfeit any and all contingency awards earned at an event.

Nissan North America, Inc. and Nissan Motorsports reserve the right to amend or cancel this program at any time. All final decisions are those of Nissan North America, Inc. and Nissan Motorsports.

This program requires conformance to Nissan Motorsports Racer Support Program Guidelines including display of official ‘proper’ Nissan and NISMO logos. Returns are only accepted if we have made an error on your order. Please call for verification before returning a part. Parts approved for credit must be returned to the Motorsports Department within 30 days of receipt.
